Here's a better reference for Judy Chicago's Belen home

[edit]

I couldn't find anything about Belen in Reference 53 (the "Biography.com" reference).

Here's a better explanation of the move to Belen:

out of? solo = >4?

[edit]

"In 1965, Chicago displayed artwork at her first solo show, at the Rolf Nelson Gallery in Los Angeles. Chicago was one of only four female artists to take part in the show." 1) four out of five or fifty? Without context, this doesn't say much. (Note: the phrase is lifted from the source, which also does not give the total number. 2) I don't understand how she can be one of FOUR in a solo show. For me, a solo show means she is the only artist. 136.36.180.215 (talk) 02:15, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
